**Warnings:

-Do Not store the product (BlueAir) warm location (more the 80 degrees
F)
1. Take the green cap off the can and attached it (accordingly with the
spray connector) to the top of the can.
2. Place the green cap (large open end) over your nose and mouth
3. Press down on the 'spray connector' and breath in for about 3-5 seconds. Repeat this process about 3-5 times to enrich your body with oxygen enriched air. You can repeat this process more if needed.
