These capsules contain natural ingredients intended to help your body prepare for the lower oxygen levels and lower barometric pres sue at altitude.  At high altitude the body has to work harder to capture and utilize the same am out of oxygen it uses at lower altitudes. 

At times this effort and the lack of oxygen causes the body to feel the effects of altitude sickness which may appear as the following symptoms: 

-Headache
-Insomnia
-Nausea
-Fatigue
-Shortness of Breath
-General poor feeling
-Sleeplessness
 

Altitude Adjustment formula contains the following ingredients: Vitamin C, Ginkgo Biloba extract, Schizandra extract, Siberian Ginseng, Ginger Root, Calcium Absorbate and Reishi Mushroom extract.  

Directions for using for High Altitude: 

For 1 person:
-take 2 capsules per day for 3 days prior to arriving to High Altitude
  (Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, Montana) 

-take 2 tables per day for first 3 days upon arrival to your High Altitude location

-if required continue to take 2 tablets per day while at your High Altitude location 

Typical usage requires 2-3 Altitude Adjustment Packs per person per trip.
